Before We Arrive...

Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?

It is helpful if you can remove small items (toys, shoes) and give the area a quick vacuum to remove loose pet hair. However, our truck-mounted system includes a pre-vacuum step for heavy debris.

Do you move furniture?

We move light movable furniture (sofas, tables, chairs) at no extra cost. We do not move heavy electronics, china cabinets, or large beds for liability reasons. We clean around them.

How long until I can walk on it?

Usually 4 to 6 hours. You can walk on it sooner with clean white socks, but we recommend keeping pets and street shoes off until fully dry.
